At M Group Rail & Aviation, we’re dedicated to ensuring the safe, efficient, and seamless movement of people and goods across some of the most vital transportation sectors in the UK rail, aviation, defence, and adjacent markets. Our expertise spans these industries, where we maintain, and upgrade critical infrastructure - leading the way in shaping the future of transport.
This role is in our Aviation department, our team is responsible for a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields across the Group.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing commercial, programme and risk considerations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Relevant project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) desirable.
- Experience supporting business growth, organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
