Where will you be working?
BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
This role can be based in our Warrington office or Cambridge.

What will you be doing?
You will lead proposals that need clear direction, agreed during weekly bid calls.
You will foster teamwork in estimating, ensuring both BGEN Pre-construction and BU verticals are supported through strong performance and resource management.
You will partner with BD and leadership to design and deliver a pursuit management course, helping colleagues confidently manage tenders in a consistent way.
You will prepare tender review packs, gathering advice for smart decisions.
Most importantly, you will recruit, nurture, and guide your team—helping them grow, thrive, and perform at their very best.
